Custom sculptures and personalised pieces are created based on the reference photos and information provided by the client. For this reason, these orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible and keep all packaging materials, as photos may be required so I can work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
