Orders are carefully prepared and packed by me in my studio in Nottingham, UK.
Processing time may vary depending on the piece, but most orders are prepared within a few business days, as long as stock is available.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail.
UK orders usually arrive within a few business days once shipped.
EU orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days, although this may vary depending on the destination and customs processing times.

✈️ International Shipping
At the moment I ship to the UK and Europe only.
Orders are shipped from the UK. Depending on your country, import VAT, customs duties or handling fees may apply.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer, where applicable.
Customs processing times are outside my control and may occasionally cause delivery delays.

Each sculpture is carefully packed to help ensure it arrives safely.
❗ Shipping Issues
If a package is damaged during transit, please contact me as soon as possible and keep all packaging, as photos may be required for the shipping investigation.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the buyer will need to cover the cost of reshipping.
If a parcel is refused or returned because import charges are not paid, any return shipping costs or other fees incurred may be deducted from the refund.
